Monthly Integration Circle

Our standing monthly gathering: a warm welcome to all who join, in a casual, open, heart-centred setting. Safe harbour for honest conversation, with the intent of building community, connecting people, and educating. Most months a speaker or a planned discussion gives the evening its shape. No preparation or prior experience required.

The next date hasn't been set. Everything on this page still holds — the circle meets monthly on Wednesday evenings and has done since the chapter started. Subscribe below and the date will find you rather than the other way around.

What it is

The Integration Circle is the chapter’s anchor gathering and the easiest place to start if you have never been to anything we run.

Each month has a loose theme, but the shape stays the same: people arrive, introduce themselves if they want to, and talk. Some come with a recent experience they are still working through. Some come having read one book and wanting to ask questions out loud. Both belong here.

We are peers, not practitioners. Nobody in the room is offering therapy, guidance, or access to substances, and the circle is not a ceremony. What it is is a room of people willing to take the subject seriously and each other seriously.

What to expect

  • A warm welcome. No experience needed, nothing to prepare, and nobody asks why you came.
  • Most months a speaker or a planned discussion. Not a fixed agenda — somewhere honest to start.
  • No going round the room. Nobody has to speak, and listening is full participation.
  • Peer conversation. This is not therapy and no one present is acting as your clinician.
  • A close by the stated end time.

What to bring

  • Nothing required. Water and a notebook if you like.
