Monthly Integration Circle

Our regular monthly gathering for sharing, reflection, and community support. Whether you are new to the path or a seasoned explorer, this is a safe space to process experiences, ask questions, and connect with others walking similar terrain. No preparation or prior experience required.

What to expect

  • A warm welcome. No experience needed, nothing to prepare, and nobody asks why you came.
  • Most months a speaker or a planned discussion. Not a fixed agenda — somewhere honest to start.
  • No going round the room. Nobody has to speak, and listening is full participation.
  • Peer conversation. This is not therapy and no one present is acting as your clinician.
  • A close by the stated end time.

What to bring

  • Nothing required. Water and a notebook if you like.

Let us know before a gathering if you have access needs and we will do what we can to accommodate them.
