Integration as Practice: A Journaling Workshop

A hands-on workshop exploring written reflection as an integration tool. Participants explored prompts, personal rituals, and practices for carrying insights from extraordinary experiences into everyday life.

What to expect

  • A warm welcome. No experience needed, nothing to prepare, and nobody asks why you came.
  • Most months a speaker or a planned discussion. Not a fixed agenda — somewhere honest to start.
  • No going round the room. Nobody has to speak, and listening is full participation.
  • Peer conversation. This is not therapy and no one present is acting as your clinician.
  • A close by the stated end time.

What to bring

  • A notebook and something to write with. We keep spares.
