PATA’s mission is to provide education and resources that help seekers, licensed mental health professionals, guides, and facilitators make informed decisions about psilocybin-assisted therapy and their role within it.

PATA created Collaborence around education, collaboration, and community, with a focus specifically on psilocybin.

What we especially value about Collaborence is that they’re bringing together different perspectives and real-world experience rather than suggesting there is only one way to approach this work. They want people to learn, ask questions, exchange ideas, and make informed decisions, while keeping safety and responsible practice at the center.

Who this event is for

Three communities are invited into one collaborative space…

Seekers: Community members interested in learning how to identify appropriate professionals, ask informed questions, and build a care team that supports a safer and more intentional psychedelic healing process. This also includes first responders, including police, fire, EMS, probation, and dispatch professionals seeking support for work-related trauma.

Licensed Mental Health Providers: New and experienced clinicians interested in learning substance-specific best practices and better understanding the mental health professional’s role throughout the psychedelic-assisted therapy process, particularly in preparation, intention-setting, and integration.

Psychedelic Professionals: Guides, facilitators, and other professionals who may be part of a seeker’s care team, including those supporting medicine sessions, with a focus on scope of practice, collaboration, and creating strong continuity of care.
